my service details are as under:
joined delhi admn in feb 1984
on the basis of ldc exam 1982
joined paramilitary force as steno grade D on the basis of ssc exam on 1/8/1984
both of these posts are ex cadre posts as they are not directly linked to any central service
subsequently I appeared Steno Grade direct exam conducted by SSC for the Select List Year 1989 and appoint as PA on 1.1.1992. I got my 1st ACP in the grade of PS in 2004 in the scale of PS and subsequently promoted as PS and included in the select list year 2004. On 1.7.2008 I go my functional scale with grade pay of Rs.5400/-
Anyone please clarify whether i am entitled for the next ACP in the year 2012 with Grade pay of Rs.6600/- i.e in the heirarchy.
